Information is a guide

We check our town, hospital and funeral information against the sources we list, but rules and details change. Always confirm important details, such as whether a ward accepts flowers, with the hospital or funeral director before you send.

Orders

We do not sell, arrange or deliver flowers. Orders, prices, delivery and refunds are agreed between you and the florist you order from, under their terms. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to that purchase.

Content

The text on this site is ours. You may quote short parts with a link back. Names of hospitals, councils and other organisations belong to them.

Errors

If you find a mistake, please tell us. To the extent allowed by New Zealand law, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on information on this site.
