Privacy policy

We collect as little personal information as we can. This policy explains what we do collect and why, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

When you browse the site

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working. Logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are not used to identify you.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, and we delete the message when the matter is closed. We never sell or share it.

When you order flowers

We do not take orders or payments. When you click an order button you go to an online florist's website, and that business handles your order and personal information under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact form. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
